Wine what tasting? First wine brats we’ve ever heard of!

Our CCIO (Chief Crazy Idea Officer, AKA: Bob) has been at it again. After looking at beer brats last year, he started to wonder about making wine brats. He was really intrigued about how noticeable the flavor difference would be using a few different wines. After a couple of test batches, we now have our very own Chambourcin and Traminette wine brats! We are really impressed with how the wines shine through.

You’re invited to enjoy a complimentary tasting of wine brats in Paxico on Saturday and Sunday.(8/12-8/13) Although we aren’t tasting them in Topeka, they are for sale in both Paxico and Topeka. Don’t worry though, we’ll make more!
